Savor the selection of the many dining options available at Glenrochie.  Our dining amenities include a dining room, 19th Hole Bar, a private Boardroom, two outdoor patios, grand ballroom, sun room and a poolside snack shack. Daily lunch begins at 11:30 am with a diverse menu featuring numerous appetizers and lunch selections, our culinary staff will continually raise the expectations for your enjoyment. The 19th Hole features seasonal menus in order to offer the freshest ingredients possible. 

Meet our Chef

Curtis Owens is a native of Richlands, VA, and graduated from Abingdon High School (2001). After High School Curtis attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute: Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ. He has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has helped open many restaurants across the country. He was the Sous Chef of The Harvest Table in Meadowview, VA, and most recently the head chef at Bear Necessiteas & Coffee in Bristol, VA before coming to Glenrochie in 2023.

Mike Hall – Mike is a native of Marion, Virginia and is a co-owner of the Wooden Pickle Food & Spirits and the WP Grill at Holston Hills, both located in Marion, Virginia.  Mike has over 15 years of experience in the food service industry and has also owned other establishments.  Mike and his family also own Hart Gymnastics, with locations in Marion, Virginia, King North Carolina and most recently Bristol, Virginia

Chris Saufley – Chris is a native of Marion, Virginia and is a co-owner of the Wooden Pickle Food & Spirits and the WP Grill at Holston Hills.  Chris is a graduate of King College (1991) and retired in 2015 as a Commander in the US Navy with 24 years of active duty service.  He also owns Highlands Distilling Company, located in Marion, with products sold in ABC stores all across Virginia.
