Savor the selection of the many dining options available at Glenrochie. Our dining amenities include a dining room, 19th Hole Bar, a private Boardroom, two outdoor patios, grand ballroom, sun room and a poolside snack shack. Daily lunch begins at 11:30 am with a diverse menu featuring numerous appetizers and lunch selections, our culinary staff will continually raise the expectations for your enjoyment. The 19th Hole features seasonal menus in order to offer the freshest ingredients possible.
Meet our Chef
Catherine Elliott has been the owner and proprietor of Catering by Catherine since 2013, and her company has been based here at Glenrochie for the past two years as the operator of the Food and Beverage Department for the club.
Prior to starting her business here in Southwest Virginia, she worked in various restaurants, catering companies, fishing and skilling lodges all over the country, plus traveling internationally with the catering team for Cirque du Soleil.
As an independent contractor, she managed corporate suites at the 2005 NFL Super Bowl, the 2002 Winter Olympics, several annual PGA events, and other major golf tournaments such as the Ryder Cup, U.S. Open, and 12 Masters Tournaments in Augusta, GA.
